Accepting an internal call
Your telephone rings and the inter-
nal number of the caller appears in
the display (e.g. INT 2).
Press the talk key c, to take the call.
Ending a call
Press the end call key a.
Transferring a call to another
handset/internal consultation
You are in conversation with an
external participant.

Open the list of handsets.
The external participant hears the
music on hold.

Select a handset or Call All
and press
When an internal participant
answers:
¤ If necessary, announce the exter-
nal call.
Either

Press the end call key. The
external call is transferred
to the other handset.

Press the display key. You
are reconnected with the
external participant.
When transferring a call, you can
also press the end call key a before
the internal participant answers.
If the internal participant does not
answer or the line is busy, the call
will automatically return to you.

Setting the handset

Accepting a waiting call
If you receive an external call while
conducting an internal call, you will
hear the call waiting tone (short
beep). The caller's number will
appear in the display if phone
number identification is enabled.
¤ Press the end call key a to end
the internal call.
¤ Press the talk key c to accept the
external call.

You can change the settings on your
handset to suit your individual
requirements.
Changing the display
language
You can view the display texts in dif-
ferent languages.
