du produit, l'utilisation à des ﬁns commerciales, les dommages causés par le feu, la foudre, les inondations ou toute autre cause extérieure. Cette garantie n'est valable que dans le pays où l'appareil a été acheté

et dans les pays où Nespresso vend ou assure l'entretien du même modèle avec des caractéristiques techniques identiques. Le service de garantie hors du pays d'achat se limite aux conditions de la garantie

correspondante dans le pays où l'entretien est eﬀectué. Si le coût des réparations ou de remplacement n'est pas couvert par cette garantie, Nespresso informera le propriétaire qui devra honorer ces frais. Cette

technical speciﬁcations. Warranty service outside the country of purchase is limited to the terms and conditions of the corresponding warranty in the country of service. Should the cost of repairs or

replacement not be covered by this warranty, Nespresso will advise the owner and the cost shall be charged to the owner. This limited warranty shall be the full extent of Nespresso's liability however

caused. Except to the extent allowed by applicable law, the terms of this limited warranty do not exclude, restrict or modify the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this product
