from Neighbor List.

Troubleshooting Functional Failures in Operation
Go to No. 2 if the interface of a neighboring router is not displayed.
Go to No. 3 if the interface of a neighboring router is displayed.

Correct the configuration if it is not correct.
Check to see if the neighboring router advertises the RIP route.
