SOLUTION
Make sure the adapter cable is properly
seated into the DC IN jack on the rear of
the IntelliBase and the adapter is connected
to a suitable power source.
Make sure both ends of the USB cable are
fully seated or try replacing the USB cable.

Verify the system requirements necessary
Turn down the volume level on the
IntelliBase or by using the control panel
software GUI.
Adjust Balance control to center position
by using the control panel software GUI.

Using the same output port, try substituting
a different USB device.

BASS level on certain types of music.
Balance (and other controls) can be set to
default position by using the Reset button
on GUI.
The green USB indicator will light when
the USB line is active

of the IntelliBase.
This USB port must be connected
to the host computer.
For this check, disconnect the IntelliBase
from the computer and plug the USB
device (mouse, keyboard, etc.) directly
into the rear of the computer.
As an alternate test, try connecting the
suspected USB device directly to the host
computer.
