#[ InitCacheSize]: Specifies the initial size (in kilobytes) of the memory
#cache. The valid range is 128 to 8192.
#[ MinCacheSize]: Specifies a minimum cache size (in kilobytes).

#to zero). This parameter is useful only if you are running Windows
