• Be sure the washer sharp-edged conner "c" is
positioned opposite side to the primary drive
gear.

2. Tighten:
• Balancer driven gear nut "1"
• Primary drive gear nut "2"
Balancer driven gear nut
50 Nm (5.0 m·kg, 36 ft·lb)
Primary drive gear nut
60 Nm (6.0 m·kg, 43 ft·lb)
NOTE:
• Place the aluminum plate "a" between balanc-
er drive gear "3" and balancer driven gear "4",
and then tighten the balancer driven gear nut.
• Place the aluminum plate "b" between balanc-
er drive gear "3" and balancer driven gear "4",
and then tighten the primary drive gear nut.
