■ UPDATING FIRMWARE / ファームウェアの書き込み
Note) The user memories (sound field parameters,
system memory, tuner presetting, etc.) are kept
stored even when you write the firmware.
When replacing the following parts, be sure to write the
latest firmware.
Replaced parts
DIGITAL P.C.B.
IC20 (Main microprocessor) of DIGITAL P.C.B.
IC49 (TI (DSP) flash ROM) of DIGITAL P.C.B.
IC513 (BF (Sub-microprocessor) flash ROM) of GUI P.C.B.
● Confirmation of firmware version and checksum
Before and after writing firmware, check the firmware
version and checksum by using the self-diagnostic
function menu.
Start up the self-diagnostic function and select "25.
ROM VER/SUM/PORT" menu. (See "SELF DIAGNOSTIC
FUNCTION")
Using the sub-menu, have the firmware version and
checksum displayed, and note down them.

注意） ファームウェアの書き込みを行っても、ユーザー
メモリー（音場プログラムのパラメーターやシス
テムメモリー、チューナープリセット等）は保持
されます。
下記の部品をサービス部品に交換した場合、最新のファー
ムウェアの書き込みを行ってください。

● ファームウェアのバージョンとチェックサムの
確認
ファームウェアの書き込みの前後に、ファームウェ
アのバージョンとチェックサムをダイアグメニュー
で確認します。
ダイアグを起動し、 25. ROM VER/SUM/PORT メニュー
を選択します。 （ダイアグ（自己診断機能）参照）

チェックサムを表示し、それらを書きとめます。
