Blocking Calls
Blocking "PRIVATE CALLS"
If you have Caller ID service and have
turned on the Caller ID function, you
can have the machine automatically
block all calls for which Caller ID
information is not provided at the
caller's request (calls for which
"PRIVATE CALL" appears).
When this function is turned on, the
machine will break the connection as
soon as it receives Caller ID
information when a "PRIVATE CALL"
is received.

Blocking "OUT OF AREA" calls
If you have Caller ID service and have
turned on the Caller ID function, you
can have the machine automatically
block all calls for which "OUT OF AREA"
appears.
When this function is turned on, the
machine will break the connection as
soon as it receives Caller ID
information when an "OUT OF AREA"
call is received.

If you have Caller ID service and have
turned on the Caller ID function, you
can have the machine automatically
block calls from numbers that you
specify.
To use this function, enter the fax/phone
numbers that you want to block. Up to
30 numbers can be entered.
