    COMBUSTION & VENTILATION AIR PROVISIONS This heater shall not be installed in a confined space or unusually tight construction unless provisions are pro- vided for adequate combustion and ventilation air. In order to avoid the possibility of exposed insulation or vapour barrier coming in contact with the fireplace body, it is recommended that the walls of the fireplace enclosure be 'finished', (i.e.

    HOOD HOOD CURTAIN MESH The curtain mesh must be kept fully closed during opera- tion to help prevent accidental burns from occurring. The heater must not be used when the hood is removed. Hook the hood over the lip of the curtain sup- port plate.

    LOG PLACEMENT PHAZER logs and glowing embers exclusive to Napoleon Fireplaces, provide a unique and realistic glowing effect that is different in every installation. Take the time to care- fully position the glowing embers for a maximum glowing effect. Log colours may vary. During the initial use of the fire- place, the colours will become more uniform as colour pigments burn in during the heat activated curing process.
