PROBLEM
I couldn't find the
Samsung Smart
Home app at
Google Play.

ACTION
• The Samsung Smart Home app is available only on Android OS 4.0 (ICS) or higher
devices.
• The Samsung Smart Home app is available only with Samsung smart devices
released in 2014.
• Refer to the user manual of the refrigerator and configure the network settings via
Easy Connection.
• To run the app, you must have a registered Samsung account.
You can use your current Samsung account if you already have one, or create a new
one.
• Check the Internet connection status
• Easy Connection may fail temporarily because of the distance between devices or
because there are obstacles in-between.
Try again later.
• Make sure the Internet connection is established.
Restart the Samsung Smart Home app, or reconnect/restart the wired/wireless router
or modem.
Unplug the refrigerator's power cable from the wall socket and turn it on again after a
few minutes.
