Smontaggio e revisione forcellone oscillante (pagg. J.26-J.27)
Posizionare un blocco o un cavalletto sotto il motore in modo che la ruota
posteriore sia sollevata dal terreno. Togliere le protezioni laterali del telaio
(TE-TC). Togliere: le viti (1), la protezione (2) del pignone, la molletta (3), il
giunto (4) e la catena (5). Togliere: i tappi (6) ed il dado (7) del fissaggio
superiore del bilanciere della sospensione, il dado (8) del perno forcellone;
sfilare il perno (9) ed il perno forcellone. Svitare il dado (A) del perno ruota
(C) e sfilare quest'ultimo; non è necessario allentare i tendicatena (B), in
questo modo il valore di tensione della catena risulterà inalterato dopo il
rimontaggio. Sfilare la ruota completa facendo attenzione ai distanziali posti
ai lati del mozzo. Rimuovere il forcellone tirandolo indietro. Verificare il
parallelismo del perno del forcellone (vedi PAG. J.28) e controllare a mano
lo stato di usura degli astucci a rullini (D) e delle relative bussole (E);
ruotare la bussola dentro al cuscinetto: se si avverte resistenza o rumore,
sostituire.
Disassembling and overhauling the rear swing arm (pages J.26-J.27)
Set a stand or a block under the engine and see that the rear wheel is lifted
from the ground. Remove the side frame guards (TE-TC). Remove: screws
(1), transmission sprocket guard (2), clip (3), master link (4) and
transmission chain (5). Remove: the caps (6) and the rear suspension
vertical link upper fastening nut (7), the rear swing arm axle nut (8); extract
the axle (9) and the rear swing arm axle. Unscrew the nut (A) of the wheel
axle (C) and extract it. It is not necessary to unloose the chain adjusters (B);
in this way, the chain tension will remain unchanged after the reassembly.
Extract the complete rear wheel, by taking care of the spacers located at the
hub sides. Remove the rear swing arm by pulling it back. Check parallelism
of the fork pin (see page J.28) and chech by hand the wear state of the
needle bushes (D) and the relevant bushings (E); rotate the bushing inside
the bearing; in case any friction or noise is noticed, replace.
