• Lock the clutch sleeve hub nut with a center punch.
• Insert the clutch push rod 1 into the countershaft.
• Install the clutch push piece 2, bearing 3 and thrust washer
4 to the countershaft.
• Fix the clutch pressure plate lifter with the circlip.
( 09900-06108: Snap ring pliers
NOTE:
When fitting the circlip, make sure that the sharp edge of the
circlip faces outside.
• Apply a light coat of the recommended bond to the clutch cover
gasket mating surface A as shown.
* 99000-31140: SUZUKI BOND "1207B"
• Install the dowel pins, a new gasket and the clutch cover.
• Tighten the clutch cover bolts securely.
NOTE:
Install the two gasket washers onto the clutch cover bolts B as
shown.
$
Use only new gasket washers to prevent oil leakage.
