3. TENSION ON MOTOR BELT AND TIMING BELT
STANDARD
There should be 4 ~ 6 mm of slack on the motor belt, 3 ~ 4 mm of slack on timing belt, when the center of
each belt is just pushed with about 200g pressure.
ADJUSTMENT
1. Loosen two screws on the motor holder.
2. Adjust tension on timing belt by moving motor holder.
3. Tighten two screws.
4. Loosen the screw on tension pulley.
5. Adjust tension on timing belt by moving tension pulley.
6. Tighten the screw.
