If the Power Goes Out
If power to the machine is cut off, any documents stored in its memory
will be retained for approximately one hour by a built-in battery.
While power is out, you can only use the machine to receive telephone
calls (if you have the handset or a telephone connected to the machine)
and to make calls (if you have a telephone connected to the machine). You
cannot send or receive faxes, print, or make copies.
