If a USB device is connected, try removing it.

devices), remove the USB device temporarily. If the problem persists, restart

The computer may not enter standby mode properly and seems to be frozen in
the case that the computer is communicating via the modem. If this happens,
press the power switch for four seconds or more to forcibly turn your computer

If there is a disc in the CD/DVD drive that has been formatted using B's CLiP,
the computer will not enter standby or hibernation mode. Remove the disc.
If a peripheral is connected to the computer, disconnect the device.

standby mode, the unsaved data will be lost.
• Power is also consumed when the computer is in hibernation mode. Connect
the AC adaptor.
