When I insert my SD card in my I35, I get an error message "No SD Card Please insert" or "No SD Card CARD PROTECTED". So, it doesn't take pictures. I have replaced the batteries. I also have a LCD display that shows B: 98%. Would that indicate the card is full?

If your Moultrie GAMESPY I35 displays a "No SD Card Please Insert" or "No SD Card CARD PROTECTED" error message when you insert an SD card, follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

1. Check SD Card Compatibility
- Ensure you are using an SD card that is 2GB or smaller, as the Moultrie GAMESPY I35 may not support larger cards or SDHC/SDXC formats.

2. Properly Insert the SD Card
- Turn off the camera before inserting the SD card.
- Insert the card fully and correctly into the slot until it clicks into place.

3. Check for Write Protection
- Remove the SD card and inspect the lock switch on the side.
- If the switch is in the locked position, slide it to the unlocked position and reinsert the card.

4. Format the SD Card
- Insert the SD card into a computer or another camera.
- Format the card using the FAT32 file system.
- Reinsert the formatted SD card into the camera.

5. Try a Different SD Card
- If the issue persists, test with a new or known working SD card that meets the camera's specifications.

6. Reset the Camera
- Turn off the camera, remove the batteries and SD card, and wait at least 30 seconds before reinserting them.
- Power the camera back on and check if the error is resolved.

7. Check for Firmware Updates
- Ensure the camera’s firmware is up to date. If updates are available, follow the manufacturer’s instructions to install them.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, the SD card slot or internal components may be damaged, and the camera might require professional repair or replacement.
