    Charging the 9601 Pocket Phone for the First Time The 9601 Pocket Phone is powered by a rechargeable battery. Before using the phone for the first time, you must place the battery pack into the charger for approximately 1.5 hours or until the green light appears.

    Low Battery Indicator Soft Key Interface The Pocket Phone 9601 has a row of three soft keys located immediately below the Display. Soft keys are buttons with preprogrammed labels and functions that can change dynamically as you perform functions and make selections. Soft keys are intended to provide a user-friendly interface to additional functionality.
