[010] LCD Time Display Selection

Selects how the current time will be displayed on a proprietary telephone while idle.
Either 12 hour or 24 hour (military time) can be selected.

When "12 HOUR" is selected: Jan 1 11:20PM
When "24 HOUR" is selected: 1 Jan 23:20
