Contact Information From
Other Handsets
The recent calls list stores contact information sent
from other handsets. This information comes from the
other handset's Contacts list or recent calls list. See
"Sending My Info and Contact Information" on page
66.

appears with contact information on the
recent calls list.
Contact information in the recent calls list displays:
• The name contained in the contact information
• The Contacts type icon associated with the
number or address contained in the contact
information. If the item contains more than one
number or address stored,
Contacts type icon.
The name or Private ID of the person who sent the
contact information appears as a separate item on
the recent calls list, above the information sent. If one
person sends you more than one item of contact
information, all the items appear below the person's
name or Private ID.
When you select contact information to view its
details, you see the name or Private ID or the person
who sent the information and all the information in the
item.

Contact Information From Other Handsets

If you receive contact information with the same
name from the same handset more than once, only
the most recently sent version appears in the recent
calls list.

Viewing the Recent Calls List

1 From the main menu, select Recent Calls.
2 Scroll through the list.
To view the details of an item on the list:
From the recent calls list, select the item you want
information on.
Tip: To view the details of more items, keep
scrolling.

Storing Items to Contacts

1 From the recent calls list, scroll to or select the
item you want to store.
2 Press A under Store. -or-
If Store is not one of your options: Press m. Select
Store or Update Contacts.
Tip: If the item you want to store is a call, Store
does not appear if the number is already
stored in Contacts.
3 To store the item as a new entry, select [New
Contact]. -or-
