Phone Setup

This menu is used to set up various features of your Personal Communicator, such
as security settings, alert tones, screen contrast, and Quick Access menus.

Adjust Ring Volume

Select this option to increase or decrease the ringer volume of your Personal
Communicator. The ringer sounds as you use

Ring or Vibrate

When you receive a message or voice call, your Personal Communicator can alert
you by ringing, vibrating, or ringing and vibrating.
You can also set the Personal Communicator to No Ring or Vibrate. If you set No
Ring or Vibrate, you will not be notified when you receive an incoming voice call and
the Personal Communicator is closed.

Downloadable Ring Tone

In addition to the standard ring tones, you can download one customized
ring tone to the Personal Communicator by sending the ring tone in a text
message. The ring tone can then be stored on the SIM card.
