Valve Body Assembly Disassembly and
Reassembly
Disassembly
1) Pull out manual valve.
2) Remove solenoid valves with O-ring by removing
bolts.
NOTE
Never reuse removed O-ring.

Automatic Transmission/Transaxle:
Reassembly
1) Apply A/T fluid to new O-rings and install O-rings to
each solenoid valves.
2) Install solenoid valves to valve body and tighten
bolts to specified torque.
Tightening torque
Shift solenoid bolts (a): 7.0 N·m (0.7 kgf-m, 5.0
lb-ft)
Pressure control solenoid bolt (b): 7.0 N·m (0.7
kgf-m, 5.0 lb-ft)

3) Install manual shift valve to valve body.
