Handset battery charging

Charge for about 7 hours.
R Confirm "Charging" is displayed ( 1 ).
R When the batteries are fully charged, "Fully
Charged" is displayed.

Note:
R Actual battery performance depends on usage
and ambient environment.
R When eco mode is set to "Eco Plus", the
base unit stops communicating with the handset
while it is in standby mode. As a result, the
handset uses more power than usual to search
for the base unit and therefore battery usage
time is shortened (page 16).
Base unit battery installation (for
power backup)
You can insert 2 AAA (R03) batteries (not
supplied) into the base unit that will power the unit
temporarily in the event of a power failure.
