    The time of day and the “Alert Mode” indicator, silent ( [ ) or audible ( D ), is displayed. READING MESSAGES The RSVP pager can receive up to eight 20-character mes- sages. When a message is received, the pager alerts with an audible or a vibrate alert, and a flashing alert indication.

Water and moisture, excessive heat, and extreme shock may cause damage to the pager.

    CLEANING YOUR RSVP PAGER To clean smudges and grime from the exterior of your RSVP pager as well as your cellular phone, use a soft, non-abrasive cloth moistened in a mild soap and water solution. Rinse the surface using a second cloth moistened in clean water. Do not use alcohol or other cleaning solutions.
