GETTING STARTED Take out the Insulating Strip 1. Open the battery door on the back of the scale 2. Remove the insulating strip from the battery 3. Close the battery door; wait for the LCD to display “0.0 lb” 4. Your digital body scale is now active and you simply need to set the measurement unit to start using it. -
