Oven Control Functions

For satisfactory use of your oven, become familiar with the various keypad functions and features of the oven.

Oven control keypads
1. Cooktop Lock - Use to lockout cooktop controls.
2. AirGuard - Use to freshen kitchen air during cooking
(some models).
3. Timer Set/Off - Use to set or cancel Timer.
4. Add 1 Minute - Use to add additonal minutes to Timer.
5. Cook Time - Use to enter length of cook time desired.
6. Delay Start - Use with Bake, Conv Bake , Conv Convert
and Flex Clean functions to program a delay start time
or delay start self-cleaning cycle.
7. Oven Lights - Use to turn the oven lights ON and OFF.
8. Clock - Use to set the time of day.
9. Slow Cook - Use to set Slow Cook function.
10. PreHeat - Use to pre-condition the oven temperature.
11. Bake - Use to start normal Bake function.
Minimum & maximum control settings
All of the features listed have minimum
and maximum time and temperature
settings that may be entered into the
control. An ENTRY acceptance beep will
sound each time a keypad is touched (the
Oven Lockout keypad is delayed by 3
seconds).
An ENTRY ERROR tone (3 short beeps) will
sound if the entry of the temperature or
time is below the minimum or above the
maximum settings for the feature.

12. Warm & Hold - Use to select Warm & Hold function.
13. Conv Bake - Use to select Conv Bake function.
14. Conv Convert - Use to select Conv Convert function.
15. Conv Roast - Use to select Conv Roast function.
16. Recipe Recall - Use to store and recall recipes.
17. Broil - Use to select Broil function.
18. Flex Clean - Use to set a 2 to 4 hour self-clean cycle.
19. START - Use to start oven functions.
20. STOP - Use to cancel any oven function previously
entered except Clock and Timer.
21. Oven Lockout - Use to lockout oven functions and door.
0-9 keypads - Use to enter oven temperature and times.
