Recommendation
 Check the machine's environment. Conditions such as low humidity and low
temperatures may cause this print quality problem.

 Make sure that the media type setting in the driver matches the type of paper
you are using (see Acceptable paper and other print media on page 2).
 Make sure you lift up the two grey levers inside the back cover until they stop
in the up position (1).
 Identify the colour causing the problem and put in a new drum unit (see
Replacing the drum units on page 121).
