To change a door hinge on an Esse 990WN/WD:

1. Remove Locking Grub Screws – Use a 3/16” Allen key to remove the upper and lower locking grub screws from the hinges.
2. Adjust Eccentric Pins – Using the same Allen key, adjust either or both eccentric pins in each door hinge to level the door.
3. Secure the Pins – Once the door is level, lock the eccentric pins in place by tightening the locking grub screws.

This ensures the door is properly aligned after hinge replacement.

@Mr. Anderson It is the door hanger that I need to change, which is attached to the front of the main cooker. It is the threaded bar that the door hinge screws onto. How is the threaded bar attached to the cooker, can it be removed from the body of the cooker by simply unthreading it?
