8. Error Code List
This chapter provides a list of error messages and error codes displayed on the printer Operation Panels, and
an explanation of how to solve those issues.

8-1. Interpreting the Display

Messages for error codes 1000 to 1007 are written only to log files, and not indicated on the Display.

Meaning
Black ink level is too low.
Cyan ink level is too low.
Yellow ink level is too low.
White W2 ink level is too low.
White W3 ink level is too low.
White W4 ink level is too low.
Temperature of Black Print
Head is increasing.
Temperature of Magenta Print
Head is increasing.
Temperature of Cyan Print
Head is increasing.
Temperature of Yellow Print
Head is increasing.
Temperature of White-1 Print
Head is increasing.
Temperature of White-2 Print
Head is increasing.
Temperature of White-3 Print
Head is increasing.
Temperature of White-4 Print
Head is increasing.
The Carriage Motor is worn.
Prepare a new black Ink Cartridge.
Confirm if Ink Switch PCB Assy and the Ink Detection Plate
in the Ink Cartridge are properly working.
Wait with the printer unused, to decrease the
temperature. Confirm if the Flat Cable of the Print
Head is connected properly.
Replace the Carriage Motor.
