If the device is not working properly, please check whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself. Otherwise contact the customer service.
Do not attempt to repair a defective device yourself!
Problem
The device is not
functioning.
The LED blinks during use.
The LED illuminates
continuously and the device
automatically deactivates.
The saw power is too low.
The saw is vibrating
considerably.

Potential cause / solution
Is the plug properly connected with the socket?
Is the socket defective?
Try another socket.
Check the fuse for your mains connection.
Blinking indicates that the device is approaching the
overload limit. Reduce the speed at which you are guide
the device.
The device is overloaded or jammed. The electronically-
controlled overload guard automatically deactivates
the device. Let the device cool off for approximately
10 minutes before you use it again.
Is the saw blade dull?
Replace it (see chapter "Start-up", section "Installing and
changing the saw blade").
Is the saw blade suitable for the material?
If applicable, replace it (see chapter "Start-up", section
"Installing and changing the saw blade").
Is the saw blade warped?
Replace it with a new saw blade (see chapter "Start-up",
section "Installing and changing the saw blade").
Was the saw blade improperly mounted?
Make sure that the saw blade is properly seated (see
chapter "Start-up", section "Installing and changing the
saw blade").
