MAINTENANCE
Every 12 months, we recommend purging the membrane sticks . To do this, force all
air to one ProAir™ 4 diffuser for 10 seconds by closing all valves on the compressor
manifold except one . Repeat for all ProAir™ 4 diffusers . For aeration systems
containing only one diffuser, pull the pressure relief valve on the compressor and
let go . Repeat this process 6 to 8 times .
TROUBLESHOOTING
If you have loss of airflow to one or more diffusers:
• Check to ensure airflow valves on compressor manifolds
are adjusted correctly .
If large boiling bubbles are present on the water's surface:
• Check membrane sticks for tears .
• Check for loose connections on diffuser manifold .

WARRANTY
All PondAir™ 4 diffusers carry a 5-year warranty extended exclusively to the
original purchaser . This warranty begins from the date of original purchase
receipt . Any component which proves to be defective in material or workmanship
as determine by Airmax®, Inc . will be repaired or replaced at no charge . The
end user shall assume all responsibility and expense for removal, packaging
and freight to ship to Airmax®, Inc . to determine the warranty claim and for all
reinstallation expenses .
Improper installation, careless handling, misuse, abuse or failure to follow
maintenance or operating instructions as well as any modification or repair by
an unauthorized repair facility will void all warranty . Diffuser membranes are
considered wear parts and are not covered under warranty .
