8. Connect the radiator hose (14) to the cylinder
head.

9. Tighten the radiator hose clamp screw (15) as
illustrated below.

10.Install the ignition coil (16), ground wire (17)
and bolt (18), then tighten the bolt.
Connect the primary wire connector (19).
Clamp the siphon hose (20) to the clamp (21).

11.Install and tighten the left radiator mounting
bolts/washers (22).
Install the left radiator grill (23).

13.Install the crankshaft hole cap (page 74).
14.Install the cylinder head cover (page 74).
15.Install the spark plug and plug cap (page 60).

17.Install the carburetor (page 139).
18.Install the subframe and muffler (pages 39, 63).
19.Install the fuel tank and seat (pages 35, 37).

Check for the following:
– compression leaks
– abnormal engine noise
– secondary air leaks
– coolant leaks
