Use cam bolts (A) and wood dowels (B) to connect middle partition panel (5R, 5L) and shelf panel (6). Insert cam locks (C) into holes with slots for screwdriver facing outward. Rotate cam locks (C) clockwise to secure cam bolts (A), then plug covers (P) into the cam locks.
- Page 6 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 3. Insert the wood dowel (B) into corresponding holes. Use flat head long screw (I) to connect side panels (4L, 4R) and finished part from figure 2. HARDWARE USED Wood Dowel Flat Head Long Screw 4. Use cam bolts (A) and wood dowels (B) to connect top panel (1) and finished part from figure 3.
- Page 7 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 5. Use cam bolts (A) and wood dowels (B) to connect base (7) and finished part from figure 4, insert cam locks (C) into holes with slots for screwdriver facing outward. Rotate cam locks (C) clockwise to secure cam bolts (A), then plug covers (P) into the cam locks.
- Page 8 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 7. Use flat head short screws (O) and hinge (N) to connect doors (10). You may need to adjust the door by tightening or loosening the two screws on the hinge itself. Insert shelf holder (M) into the corresponding holes, then put adjustable shelf panels (9L, 9R) on the shelf holders (M).
- Page 9 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 9. Pull the wood bar from the support wood slide, so the corner top panel will keep parallel with the top panel. 10. Place firebox (12) into the back of the unit. 11. Insert the wood screw (I) into the corresponding holes of the inner fixed bar (11), then use screwdriver to tighten.
