4-97. MEMORY MODULE
The memory module provides high-speed storage for the HP 3000 Series II Computer System. Memory
operates as an error correcting memory with one bit error correction. Memory can be made to operate
as a non-error correcting memory with a parity bit by removal of one PCA. However, this is not the
normal operating mode. There are four PCA's basic to any memory module:
