Front Wheel Installation Note - Honda NT650 Owner's Manual

Installation Note:
To install the front wheel assembly,
position the wheel between the fork legs.
Insert the front axle from the left side,
through the left front fork leg and wheel
hub.
Position t h e lug on t h e speedometer
gearbox against the lug (7) on the left fork
leg.
Install and tighten the axle bolt to the
specified torque.
Tighten the axle pinch bolts to the
specified torque.
Axle bolt torque:
60 Nm (6.0 kgm, 44 Ibft)
Axle pinch bolts torque:
22 Nm (2.2 kgm, 16 Ibft)
Install the brake caliper.
Tighten the brake caliper mount bolts to
the specified torque.
Brake caliper mount bolts torque:
27 Nm (2.7 kgm, 20 f t l b )
Connect the speedometer cable with the
set screw.
