Getting Started Inserting the batteries: On the bottom of the camera, slide the battery compartment door open. Insert the (2) AA-size batteries paying close attention to the proper polarities. Close the battery compartment door. Important: Use only AA alkaline batteries. The batteries are not rechargeable. Do not try to recharge the batteries. Do not use manganese batteries. -
