To redirect message to another extension's mailbox:
 Press 63
 Leave message and press #
 Press * to skip recording and redirect message immediately
 Dial extension's mailbox number
 Press # to exit
To forward calls to your mailbox:
 Press the Speaker key
 Dial the type of forward required:
1. 741 – Forwards all calls
2. 742 – Forwards when your phone is busy
3. 743 – Forwards when you don't answer
4. 744 – Forwards when your phone is busy and you don't answer
 Dial 1 to set
 Dial the Voicemail Pilot Number *8
To cancel forwarding to voicemail:
 Follow same steps as above but press 0 to set and hang up.
