MAINTENANCE
If the fuse is blown, check the
cause, then replace the fuse with a
spare fuse of the same rated
capacity. Unless the cause is found,
the fuse may blow again.
<Replacement>
1. Stop the engine.
2. Remove the engine cover.
3. Remove the fuse case lid and pull
the old fuse out of the clip with the
fuse puller supplied in the tool bag.
4. Push a new fuse into the clips.

Disconnect the battery cable at the
battery terminal before checking or
replacing the ACG fuse.
<Replacement>
A spare fuse is located in the reverse
side of the fuse case lid and tightened
with two 3 mm screws.
When the new fuse in set as a spare
fuse on the reverse side of the fuse
case lid, set the fuse so that you can
see the "70 A" mark on it.
1. Stop the engine.
2. Remove the engine cover.
3. Remove the fuse case lid.
4. Remove the old fuse by removing
two 5 mm screws.
5. Install a new fuse with "70 A"
mark downward.
6. After finishing replacement, install
the fuse case lid with its hook
toward the engine side.
7. Be sure to check the fuse case lid is
securely locked.

70 A
