Sharing files under Windows
To configure your computer to allow folders to be shared:
Click Start > Control Panel >

Network and Internet > Network
and Sharing Center > Choose
homegroup and sharing options
> Change advanced sharing
settings....
2.
Ensure that the following options are correctly selected:
Turn on network discovery
Turn on file and printer sharing
Media streaming is off
Allow Windows to manage homegroup connections (recommended)
To share files under Windows
1.
On your computer, select the folder containing the files that you want to
share.
Right-click the folder, and select Properties.

Click Sharing tab > Advanced
