Cause
The paper output tray is closed or it has not opened.
Action
Confirm that there are no materials which is preventing the paper output tray from moving and that the
cassette 1 is inserted properly.
Open the paper output tray, then tap OK on the touch screen.
Important
• Do not close the paper output tray while the machine is in operation.
