7.5.1.1 Outline

The primary charging mechanism is controlled for the following:
[1] primary charging bias constant current control
[2] grid bias constant voltage control
The following shows the construction of the system that relates to primary charging control:
If the current is too high or too low, '0'.
When '1', high-voltage output is ready.
