Operating the THEATRE SYNC
function
Point the remote to the direction of TV and this
unit, then press THEATRE SYNC once.
While transmitting the code from the remote, the
TV button flashes.
If this function does not work, change the
transmit time. The transmit time varies
depending on the TV.
To change the transmit time
Press and hold TV CH +* while entering the
code for transmit time (see the table) using
the number buttons.
The transmit time from the remote is selected.
If you successfully set the transmit time code,
the TV button flashes twice slowly. If the setting
is unsuccessful, the TV button flashes five times
quickly.
* Functions as both TV CH + and SOUND FIELD +
button.

Note
• This function is only for Sony TVs. (This function
may not work on some Sony TVs.)
• If distance between TV and this unit is too far, this
function may not work. Install the unit near the TV.
• Keep the remote pointed in the direction of the TV
and this unit while the TV button is flashing.
• Keep the remote pointed in the direction of the TV
and this unit while entering the code.
