How to Start a Workout on the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 LTE
Embarking on a fitness journey with your Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 LTE can be an exciting experience. In this guide, we'll walk you through the simple steps to start a workout on your watch, ensuring you get the most out of your exercise routines.
Access the Apps Screen
To begin, raise your wrist and swipe up on your Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 LTE's main screen. This action will reveal the all-apps screen, where you can access all available applications on your smartwatch.
Open the Health Application
Once you're on the apps screen, scroll down until you spot the Health app. This app is your gateway to a suite of wellness and exercise options. Tap on it to open the app.
Select Your Exercise

Once you've completed your workout, or if you need to navigate away from the exercise screen, you can easily return to the main watch face by pressing the back button. This allows you to continue exploring other features on your Galaxy Watch 8 LTE.
