seem too low or too high?
A. Remember, the test results you
obtain will vary from time to time
depending on food intake, insulin
dose, exercise, etc. Ask yourself the
following questions:
"How do I feel?"
"Do I have symptoms of low blood
sugar (hypoglycemia) or high
blood sugar (hyperglycemia)?"
"What have I eaten?"
"How much exercise have I had?"
"Am I ill (e.g., common cold,
flu, etc.)?"
