Press [Energy Saver] to place
the machine into an energy-
saving state.
Only the Energy Saver indicator,
Power indicator, and the Main
Power indicator remain lit on the
operation panel.

Press [Energy Saver] again to resume copying operations. The recovery
time before copies can be made is 10 seconds.
NOTE:
In Low Power mode, if the machine receives print or fax data it
will automatically engage and output the data.
The Auto Low Power function automatically puts this machine into the
lower power mode if no operation has been performed on the machine for
a preset period of time. The factory default setting time is 15 minutes.
Auto Low Power mode automatically puts the machine into an energy-
saving state if no operation has been performed for a preset period of time.
The factory default setting is 15 minutes. Time that can be set:
Inch Specification — 1 to 240 minutes (in 1 minute increments)
Metric Specification — 1 to 120 minutes (in 1 minute increments)
NOTE:
It is possible to set the amount of time before Low Power mode
engages. For details, refer to Chapter 3, Advanced Operation Guide.
