9.2 Basic RS Feva Tuning Guide

The RS Feva has been designed to provide optimum performance with minimum
„tweaking‟. Follow this basic tuning guide to ensure that you are getting the best from

Loosen off slightly
Lengthen so boom can
be centrelined

creases in the mainsail
Don‟t pull the jib sheets
in too tight
MEDIUM WIND
3 holes down
Tight
Shorten
Tighten so that the
mainsail tell-tails still fly

only a few horizontal
creases in the mainsail
STRONG WIND
5 holes down
Very Tight
Shorter Still

Really Tight

Progressively tighten
– but don‟t overdo it!
Hike hard!!
