Using the Telephone and Receiving Calls

The following procedure describes how to receive a telephone call when an
external telephone is connected.

Talking on the Phone

Pick up the telephone receiver upon hearing a ring.
– If a beep or nothing is heard, the incoming call is a fax. Press the
[Start] key to receive the fax.

When done talking, hang up the telephone receiver.
