Creating a User Waypoint

1. Touch the Create Waypoint icon. If there are no user waypoints
defi ned, the prompt, "No User Waypoints exist. Create User Waypoint?"
will be displayed. Touch OK to continue.
2. Enter the desired name (identifi er) and position, or reference another
waypoint by radial and distance. The identifi er can be a maximum of 6
characters and the comment can be a maximum of 24 characters.
3. Touch Create to confi rm your entry.
Touch to
enter name of
waypoint.
Touch to edit
comment.
Touch to select
position type. Choices
are LAT/LON,
Radial/Radial, and
Radial/Distance.
Reference Waypoint,
Radial, and
Distance
Touch to exit
without creating
user waypoint.
