    4036-307, -308 2. Diagnostic information Start CAUTION Unplug all power from the electrical outlet before you connect or disconnect any cable or electronic board or assembly for personal safety and to prevent damage to the scanner. Disconnect any connections between the scanner and the printer.

This setting determines if the printer encrypts the information that it writes to the hard disk. The values are Disable and Enable.
