Quick Installation Guide 3.1 Configuring the PC After you directly connect your PC to the Modem Router or connect your adapter to a Hub/Switch which has connected to the Modem Router, you need to configure your PC’s IP address. Beacon Interval value determines the time interval of the beacons. The default value is 100. RTS Threshold: Here you can specify the RTS (Request to Send) Threshold. If the packet is larger than the specified RTS Threshold size, the Modem Router will send RTS frames to a particular receiving station and negotiate the sending of a data frame.
