When holes are slotted, the following technique should be used to remove and replace the IC.

    GENERAL INFORMATION This TFT LCD monitor automatically scans all horizontal frequencies from 30KHz to 80KHz, and all vertical frequencies from 56Hz to 77Hz(15”- 50KHz to 75KHz).
